Imbalanced emotions (with or without resultant imbalanced reactions) play an important role in the genesis of emotional disorders. The author has brilliantly said that all our life is like a balance sheet in which everything is out of balance. I would like to add to this, that in spite of us being totally aware of how much imbalances we have in our balance sheet, we go to all false means to show that it is balanced instead of striving for real balance. All chapters are of 2-3 pages so one can read in small breaks also. This book is helpful to people of all ages but more useful to youngsters. Sunil Gandhi is multi-faceted personality. He is a management consultant specialised in the area of customer experience and financial engineering. He has been a writer since 1994 and has written in various publications on the subject of finance, management, personal development, economy and customer experience. He has written forThe Smart Manager., The ICAI Journal and Journal of Bombay Chartered Accountants' Society.

Since 2010 he has been writing for his own blog Amazement. He is also an active blogger on LinkedIn.

He has written and published his first novel in Guajarati in 2014 titled "Tuka ma tuki Yatra" , "The Shortest Journey". The novel has received tremendous response from experts and readers alike. English version of the novel titled "The Highest Ignorance" will be published in the ebook format during July 2015.

His nonfiction book "The Bread is Moving, on the subject of relevance of Customer Experience in times of Social Media , published in Oct 2015.

As a token of gratitude towards the readers, he has published an ebook titled "Wow! & Weird", which is a collection of his choicest blog posts and is also available on Amazon.

Sunil is a Chartered Accountant by education and did his management course from Jamnalal Bajaj Inys of Management Studies, Mumbai. He is a Beyond Philosophy, UK, certified Customer Experience specialist.

A diploma in Yogic Training & Yogic Therapies, he is an avid reader and traveller. He lives in Mumbai with his wife Falguni, who is a fitness trainer, his son Kunjan, an engineer from BITS Pilani-Goa and daughter Jeenal, Graphic Designer currently at Publicis.

In this book, Sunil does a PhD on the word "balance". I never knew we could balance ourselves in so many areas of life! The book definitely helped me raise awareness of my balance levels within me and on the outside. A definite eye opener and extremely relevant to the current young generation!
