Fruits are always good except some experts recommend limiting high sugar fruits like the mangoes and watermelon. Chapatis are almost always fine if they made from atta. Avocado is over Rs 400 per kg at local Big Bazaar and similar is the story about chia. He want us to eat that.
Oats are one of the best researched food and almost all studies recommend eating this in breakfast because not only it is reasonably high in protein but is a powerhouse of certain soluble fiber which helps reduce cholesterol and has cardio benefits. It also keeps you full for a long time.
Half-baked ideas borrowed heavily from low carb no sugar group of the West.
