Antminer U2 is the ideal entry-level bitcoin miner. The U2 comes with a new heatsink design, larger than that of the U1, to facilitate overclocking.

I'll probably never earn my $32 back with just one 2Ghz ASIC, but it was fun to build and learn about bitcoin mining.
1) There are absolutely no directions so you are on your own. It is not too hard to get it working though. It took me about 20 minutes to figure where to get a driver; download it; install and get it working without overclocking.
2) It runs hot even without overclocking so I am not too keen on running it even hotter.
3) It does about 1.6 Gh/s with the driver I got which is the U1 driver since I couldn't find a U2 driver.
I say it is not bad so far. Don't expect miracles and you won't be disappointed.
However I doubt that it will make any real money since the rate of mining with one of these is about 0.005 bitcoins per month with today's difficulty. As we know the rate will keep dropping so in about 200 months I will have a bitcoin :-)
On the other hand it makes a lot of heat and where I live is pretty cold. If you take the free heat into account then a bunch of these may be a self funding heater.
--anu-freq 280 which runs it about 2.2gh/s per ASIC miner. That setting keeps me at about 4.450gh/s which varies from time to time but still a steady average of 4gh/s (two U2 miners). I use p2pool and not going to get rich, lol but makes 50+ cents every 10 hours. I just order two more of these so yes I am pleased with their performance. I will mention that running it using cgminer4.3.3 I do get HW Errors but I just pay no mind to them because 1 can't find a way to get 0 HW Errors and as I read this happens to many people and their miners are doing fine. 2nd performance of this and probably any miner is dependent on your system as a whole. I run Win7 Home Pre. 3ghz 8gigs ram 64bit w/slow DSL internet(2+mbs dwnload). I am waiting for all parts to arrive and will soon be using my Rasberry Pi with MinePeon to run miners..
These were almost plug and play. I used CGMINER version 4.2.3 and used the "--anu-freq 250" flag in the bat file I use for turning on the mining rig. This is what gets me 2.0Gh/s.
It should be noted that these are likely to be toys only at this point.. since you'll get about $0.03 per day per card (with it ever decreasing). So my point is: you'll never make your money back but that's okay because these are interesting little toys to have on one's desk ;)
