I should have first checked the other reviews he has written so far. apparently he is fond of peddling 5 stars and gushing about how great yet cheap the product is. or maybe he is hired to write such reviews to get customer confidence for these weird unheard of brands.
There is nothing really natural about this product's ingredients even though avocado n grapeseed are mentioned. the serum had spilled from the bottle when i received it. it was pretty oily. plus the serum has a very very strong smell - it reminded me of keo karpin hair oil - but with a strong overwhelming scent. That is why after touching it to the ends of my hair for a bit, I have decided not to use it again. i value my hair too much n don't trust what this weird bottle contains. No one can say that this serum would provide nourishment. It may have been made for shine n frizz control, which i cannot testify to, but why would anyone apply this to their hair daily in the long run...???
I had ordered a bottle of "Jovees" almond and grapeseed hair serum in the same order. That one was satisfactory. I would recommend it. It is not made for shine n all. but it makes hair smooth n soft n is not oily at all. Jovees serum has a good smell and is what i was looking for - a daily use substitute for hair oil. i can apply it knowing i did not leave my hair n scalp to get dry just because i didnt oil it. I know its contents will nourish my hair n i can leave the oiling n champi massage for when i can shampoo properly. It may not have worked on my wavy flyaway hair in terms of frizz control but still satisfied me. So if you have normal hair, you may like Jovees serum even more than i did coz it may provide better frizz control to you than it did for me. Or try Biotique's mountain ebony hair serum which is totally natural n water based ...
But with this Alentaz thing, i must say - 200 bucks down the drain... which does not feel good. Steer clear of it.
Finally I do recommend the product with a capital 'R'.
