    The Acer Predator XB271HU Gaming Monitor is one of a new breed of gaming monitors that not only features the high refresh rate you expect of a gaming display but has the great image quality you'd associate with an IPS panel too.What's more, it includes Nvidia's G-Sync technology for eliminating image tear and stutter, sports a high-end design and a fully adjustable stand as well. here's no mistaking the XB271HU is a gaming-orientated unit. Featuring splashes of red on its feet, a Transformers-esque logo on the bezel and an angular stand design, it has all the hallmarks. The Acer Predator XB271HU is well-built too. Everything from the base to the back of the panel feels reassuringly sturdy, while the movements for the various ergonomic adjustments are smooth and effortless.Those adjustments consist of 120mm height adjustment, -5 to 35 degrees of tilt, 90 degrees of pivot (for portrait mode) and 60 degrees of rotation in the base. That's plenty to ensure this monitor can be manoeuvred into a comfortable position for just about anyone. For those requiring a greater degree of versatility, there's also a 100 x 100mm VESA mount on the rear so you can use a third-party monitor mount.Another feather in this monitor's cap is the inclusion of a borderless panel. This is where some of the already narrow bezel of the monitor sits below the front panel of plastic that makes up the display, with only a tiny 2mm bezel protecting the very edge. The result is that when the monitor is turned off, it looks like there's an incredibly slim bezel, which in turn gives the whole unit a more sleek, compact look.

    Delivery : 4 hours late than my usual expected time.
    Packaging : Very Bad,No Amazon Branded box,no Taping.The box's seal was torn.It was tampered but the inside product was BRAND NEW.This was the worst delivery and packaging from Amazon I have ever seen.The packaging was easily accessible to rainwater that could have damaged the product.The delivery boy was CARELESS.
    Performance : The performance is upto the mark.Price vs performance as of 15/06/2020 is very incredible.144Hz works like a charm.I tested everything from speakers to its ports.Mine was March 2020 manufactered.
    Problems : After testing it in a black background,it had a little IPS glow on bottom right and some in remaining three corner.This issue comes with IPS technology.Backlight bleed and IPS Glow are different things and both will exist even if you buy very costly monitor than this.IPS tech is flawed in this department only.There are no dead pixels by far,as of yet.
    Verdict : If you are a gamer,content creator,streamer,then go for it.If you want a flawless IPS monitor then there is none in the market.This monitor is top of the line machine.It is still worthy to buy it in 2020.
    Miscellaneous : I will test this thoroughly in the 10 days replacement period and update consequently.
    Update : I have sent this monitor for replacement,as I noticed some screen flicker and backlight bleeding.

    Amazon packing was good, I didn't got any dead pixel or damage. Plus I bought it on Deal of Day
    for 36.5k.

    Some Imp Things:
    1. Monitor Driver is a Must in order get 144Hz.
    2. Display Cable which comes in box, can't support above 85Hz, which is bummer. You need to buy after market cable for 144Hz or 165Hz.

    The monitor is excellent. There is no bleed. Very nice. Not given 5 stars because I tried Using an interface adapter (Cable Matters 4K UHD Display link 4K plug and display) for converting USB 3.0 to displayport, but the screen refresh rate frequency still remains 60Hz. Does not go to 144 Hz as given in description. Any suggestion from the Seller would be appreciated.
