I purchased this laptop in September 2020. This was my second laptop from Avita. The first laptop was purchased an year earlier- in 2019, from another famous e com site. I upgraded both the laptops to Win 11 and they were working perfectly!
While this 2020 laptop is still working fine, the 2019 laptop has started showing one trouble after another. First, the battery died. The service centre is unable to order spare battery. I contacted Avita customer care over email. There is no response. The battery resembles more of a mobile battery than the standard laptop battery. At last, a local service centre assembled a battery and the issue was solved for the time being. Then after a month, the keyboard started working weird! There is no replacement keyboard available. I once gain had to approach the local service centre. They disabled the keyboard and added a new on/off switch as it was integrated in the keyboard.
The laptop was a value for money. But, poor service support has killed the brand!
