    The Product Delivery was quick. The Installation folks (authorized by AO Smith and Included gratis) called within 12 hours and the product was installed a few hours after. The Installation was quick and easy. If one has a power drill, this can be done quite easily - since AO smith provides the installation for free, may as well use it.

    One BIG Peeve though - Apparently AMAZON (in its infinite wisdom) does not provide the Stainless Steel hose Pipes (for water inlet / outlet). All other merchants INCLUDE that!

    This is something that AO Smith needs to address with AMAZON and ensure that a delivered product has ALL Parts!

    Hence the 4-Star Overall review.
