The only reason I bought this was for diffusing my hair and it's completely useless for that because the diffuser is open on all sides and blows out air at the surrounding hair causing frizz. My hair is extremely frizzy as it is and diffusing with this cheap dryer doesn't help. I truly made a mistake buying this.
Also this doesn't have 3 speed settings. Only 2 speeds and the third is for OFF.
The cold shot does NOT work. Cold shot is same as using the dryer on the 1 heat setting.

Being a regular salon person, I was pleasantly surprised to see how I could achieve similar results by myself using this hair dryer. I haven't straightened my hair but the results were amazingly close to a natural straight look.

The temperature and speed settings definitely make it very handy to use. The nozzle for concentrated air flow can be rotated to conveniently position the air flow. For the cost of the product, the output is well worth the money. I'd highly recommend this product.

I didn't like the packaging of the product. It was carelessly packed with use of tape.
After i opened it, it was wrapped in plastic like anyone can open and keep it back.
Also i found few scratches in the dryer surface.
Though it was working, but i am not able to trust on it, so returned it.
Update -
Got a replacement for the item, and after using it for 3-4 times, i can clearly see it works very good. Cool shot, hot , warm, cool air functions are working fine and diffusor is upto the mark.
I am using it for curly hair method, and it works well.
Good purchase in such a low price, i clearly didn't find any other product in this price which is both cheap and good, have best quality. buy without a doubt. Giving it 5 star.

I have a golden retriever in my family, it's always a problem to dry this fellow's hair after a nice bath. So I ordered this dryer based on reviews and feedback from you all, and it's worth it. Item arrived today on 25/08and I used it immediately on my Goldie. I would say it does a pretty good job on the thick and long hair of my Goldie. Worth it.

I was using Phillips hair dryer before this.
But this one is far better thn that.
Pros
•with strong wind flow to dry hair quickly
•on lower speed can set your hair as you want to
• the cool shot help to set the hair in place once after heating. Coz hair stays in the position in which they cools off.
• the condenser helps to focus the flow which helps alot if you want to make curls or style ur hair
• the different speed and temperature modes adds the versatility
• condenser helps to dry the hair quickly specially for girls.
•feels professional

Cons
• the cool shot is just a shortcut of switching to: high air flow and low temp
• the condenser seems leak air on the edges so it doesn't give a steady flow, but still it does the work

I bought this hairdryer with diffuser and i've been using it for a few months now. It's a fantastic option for the price. I don't use it to completely dry my hair, but only until damp. My favorite part is that the body of the dryer doesn't get heated up on using it, so i can hold it anywhere and it allows me to angle it all over my head. It's not overly heavy too.

I didn't know that Agaro is a UK based company. I just ordered it casually based on positive reviews. I have to admit, it is HUGE in size! I ordered it for my mom, and it's really tough for her to handle one-handed.

The extra attachment (round one) which looks like perforated brush is again HUGE. Together with this attachment, the hair dryer looks like a gun from the movie PREDATOR!

Other than that, the functions are nice. Seperate adjustments for heater and fan. The cold blast button feature is nice, the button is positioned appropriately so as to easily push using the fingers/thumb.

Don't buy those cheap philips, panasonic hair dryers for ladies (or anyone) with hair longer than 1 feet. These toy dryers are good for males or short hair only. These put out too much heat instead of air, which is too harmful for hair and hair roots. Speaking from past experience.

In comparison, these saloon dryers throw more of air than heat. This doesn't mean it lacks heat. Sure, you can switch the heater on position 3 if you need intense heat, but I don't think that would be needed in room temperatures above 10 degree celcius!

Summary: If you can handle the enormous size then go for it!
