But I plan on returning the projector. It simply is not bright enough. Students in the back can't read what it says even when the lights are off and the blinds are closed, and no one can read what's projected when the lights are on. It also doesn't project a very big area, and doesn't have any adjustments beyond focus. There is nothing to adjust the size of the projected image (and the projector has to be a good distance away to get a good size, which is sometimes difficult with the cord length) or to correct for distortion.
Overall, the portability can't be beat, but I think this is a projector for occasional personal use (in a dark room). It, at least, doesn't cut it in a classroom.
The first one I got from Amazon lasted about 5 weeks before one of the LEDs burned out. I sent it back to AAXA and they did replace it promptly.
Initially, I was pretty happy with it, but now that I've had one die, I'm not so sure about the quality or the 15,000 hour rating. I would buy a 3 year extended warranty if I had it to do over again. Hopefully I was just unlucky with the first..
EDIT *********** update:
So the second one had an led burn out. Limited use, probably 500 hours total. I've had two, these are garbage. Do not buy!
