Checkout Error Messages

If you are receiving an error message during the checkout process, it could be due to the reasons mentioned below.

When making a purchase, if you are unable to check out successfully and are receiving an error message, it could be due to the following reasons:

  • The product is only available to pre-registered or selected exclusive access customers and you have not pre-registered or are not an exclusive access customer.
  • The product is available for purchase only through the product detail page or a specific promotional location on the website, and you have added the product to your cart through the Wishlist, Customer Reviews page, or any other path.
  • The product was available for purchase only during a specified sale window, and the sale window has now expired.
  • The product was available for purchase on a lightening deal; you did not checkout the product in the alloted 15 minutes and the opportunity to purchase has been passed on to the next person on the waitlist.
