If you are receiving an error message during the checkout process, it could be due to the reasons mentioned below.
When making a purchase, if you are unable to check out successfully and are receiving an error message, it could be due to the following reasons:
The product is only available to pre-registered or selected exclusive access customers and you have not pre-registered or are not an exclusive access customer.
The product is available for purchase only through the product detail page or a specific promotional location on the website, and you have added the product to your cart through the Wishlist, Customer Reviews page, or any other path.
The product was available for purchase only during a specified sale window, and the sale window has now expired.
The product was available for purchase on a lightening deal; you did not checkout the product in the alloted 15 minutes and the opportunity to purchase has been passed on to the next person on the waitlist.
