Why did I get an error on purchase?

You may be seeing the error message due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • You are not a registered or exclusive access customer. This product is only available to pre-registered or selected exclusive access customers. Please register for the next flash sale.
OR
  • You added the product to your Cart through:

  1. Wishlist
  2. Saved for Later (Move to cart)
  3. Customer Reviews page
  4. Twitter (#AmazonCart)
  5. Add to cart from Email etc.
  • These paths have been blocked. This product can ONLY be purchased from www.amazon.in/coolpad or the product page during the specified sale window. If you are registered, please go to www.amazon.in/coolpad and try again.
OR
  • You did not check out the product in the allotted 15 minutes, and the opportunity to purchase has been passed on to the next person on the waitlist.
OR
  • You are attempting to make a purchase outside of the sale window. This product is ONLY available for registered customers on Tuesdays at 2 PM (until stocks last) and for exclusive access customers on specified special sale times.
