5.0 out of 5 stars On Amazon Prime Day I finally figured I would give it a try and I'm so glad I did 18 July 2016

There is something so soothing about reading while I'm floating in water. The drawback is that it can be messy with a physical book and impossible with a Kindle or iPad. Over the past couple years I have been putting my Kindle in a Ziploc baggie so I can use it while I'm in the bathtub or the swimming pool, but I'm always afraid that there will be a a structural compromise and my expensive technology will be ruined. I've played with the idea of getting a waterproof plastic sleeve for a while, but I just never made the decision to spend so much money for a product that I was afraid would be just as effective as my trusty Ziploc. On Amazon Prime Day I finally figured I would give it a try and I'm so glad I did! I've used it every day since I received the product and it works very well with both my Kindle Paperwhite and my iPad mini. The gauges at the top are a little tricky and I've yet to master the ability to get them lined up correctly the first time while trying to close it, but I'm sure it will get easier with time. They are also a little difficult to open, especially if my nails have been softened by soaking in water, but I've just let my device sit there until my hands are dry.
I'm very happy that I finally decided to give it a try!

5.0 out of 5 stars A must have! 31 May 2016

One of the greatest sub-$10 purchases I've made in a while! Now I can bring my iPad tablet to the hot tub and relax watching TV or checking email. I also use it to bring my Kindle to the beach.

One thing to note is that it doesn't work great when it's super wet. That is, the electrostatic touchscreen on your device starts to act up when water pushes on the screen. So, its really only useful in places that are mostly dry, but need protection. For example, on a boat, beside the pool, or while sitting in a hot tub. But don't expect to surf the web underwater :)

So far, I've had no problem at all with links - works perfectly! I trust my tablet and phone in here.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect seal, keeps tablets dry! 19 June 2016

Bought this for a Vk815 Tablet. It fit without issue.
The pouch seals up perfectly, you can feel it close properly and snugly with the little clips at the top. They are a little touch to close, so a little child might have trouble opening and closing it, which might actually be a good thing.

Daughter and Niece have used this with their tablet and completely dunked it in the tub. The tablet has never been damaged and water has never been found in the pouch.

I've not tested whether this would cause a tablet to overheat. Some people have mentioned this could be an issue with sealed pouches but I've not seen anything like that even with the tablet being in there for up to a couple hours of use.

I'd recommend this pouch without issue. There are tons of these on the marketplace and its hard to tell what is worth it and what isn't. This one is, without a doubt.

I Like it, I wasn't going to use this so I could put my 7 inch amazon tablet underwater. I just wanted so I could play games while relaxing in a bath and not I never put it underwater it's just there, just incase I actadently drop it. But I did as the directions told me to and put a couple of pieces of paper inside the case and put it underwater for several hours. Lol the problem was it kept on floating to the top so I had to put something heavy on it lol and it still kept floating but I got it tested out and all the papers were dry so this is very nice to have if you want to take it near a pool or just take it to relax in a bath.

4.0 out of 5 stars Big smartphone? This will keep it dry while you wander around the pool and go in. 9 July 2015

Summer time means water parks. I got this for my One Plus One 5.5 inch Android beast (which is encased in the Tudia Omnix hard shell case) so that I could splash around and take photos and take phone calls. Yes, I am too lazy to take off the Tudia hard shell case. Therefore, I needed a water proof case that could accommodate my phone plus the extra girth that comes with the Omnix. I decided to go with one that fits the iPad mini since that is definitely larger than my Android phone. So, in case you are wondering, the case easily fits my OPO + Tudia hardshell. It takes pretty good photos while in there and I phone conversations are not a problem. You have to understand that this case is bigger than the phone: therefore, the fit will not be snug. I can push the camera lens to the opening in the case and take my photos. Another thing: I have a really hard time waking my OPO from sleep when it is in this case. I use my thumbnail on the power button and nothing happens. I double tap the screen (which is supposed to wake the phone from sleep) and nothing happens. If I take it OUT of the MoKo and do those maneuvers: BOOM, the phone is on. Not sure why the heck this is happening. For sure, it's a 1st world problem. I'm not yet clear if it is a problem with the MoKo or a glitch with my OPO. One of these days, I will get to the bottom of this little dilemma. That issue aside, my little Android beast is safe and dry. It takes pics and I can converse on it no problem. The wake from sleep issue is the only downside. If I figure out how to overcome this little issue without taking it out of the MoKo I will amend this review. For now, I am very satisfied. It is easy to open and close. With water park splashing, my phone has remained dry. NO, I have not gone underwater with this thing. NO, I do not scuba or snorkel, so I cannot commend on how those activities may affect your precious smartphone. I recommend the MoKo Waterproof Case (for the iPad mini) for those of us with a penchant for large phones and who are too darn lazy to take it out of the hard shell case.
