One of the editors of The New Bihar is N.K. Singh who is a politician-turned-bureaucrat, economist and a former IAS officer. He is also a member of Rajya Sabha of Bihar. He has also written other books like Not by Reason Alone and The Politics of Change. Nicholas Stern hails from Britain and is an economist and an academic. Besides being an IG Patel professor of economics and governance, he has chaired and presided over various prestigious educational institutions.

Format: Hardcover Verified Purchase
The original price of the book is not Rs. 799, but Rs. 350. Therefore I would request Amazon to change it to its original price, so that people would not feel betrayed after buying this. Everything else is very good. Book is indispensable for those who want to understand the rapid change Bihar had gone through since 2005.
