4.0 out of 5 stars Get the MATTE, avoid the GRIP, but really GET THE MATTE its awesome. 24 October 2015

Very slim, all the cutouts are in the right spot, covers the side and creates a front lip.

The only thing that really matters is that its ACTUALLY MATTE and it has that ultra textured/smoooth, matte finish that makes it awesome to hold onto. Does't add bulk at all.

Very picky, bought a ton of cases, including the GRIP version by CIMO, and the INCIPIO OCTANE, keeping this one.

The GRIP version of this case is just super shiny rubber and its hideous. The INCIPIO OCTANE didn't have the correct cutouts, the power buttons weren't in the right spot, and the texture wasn't on par with this case.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic, light weight case. 13 October 2015

I really like this case. It looks just like the Fosmon TPU cases I had for my LG G2 and Droid Razr M.

Pros:
Fits snug
Cut outs perfectly match up
Buttons are still easy to press
Grips on the side help you hold the phone
Slim profile, doesn't add bulk

Cons:
Slow shipping, it took a while to get here
This isn't a knock on the product itself because I ordered the black, but it takes away from the look of the phone. I have the engraving on the back but you can't see it, so I just ordered a clear one!

Update: Received the clear case and I love it. Someone asked if you can see the engraving on the back because the back of the case is frosted. The answer is yes you can. Please see the pictures.

5.0 out of 5 stars A perfect case for my new Moto 19 June 2016

I had a Cimo case for my LG G3 and loved it. So I knew that was what I wanted for my new Moto X Pure Edition. It's a good case, feels good in the hand, comes on and off with ease (while not pulling off the phone back), and shows the bamboo phone back perfectly.

2.0 out of 5 stars Good but buttons ruin it. 29 December 2015

Initially I really loved this case. It was lightweight, fit well and provided SOME extra grip. After a while though fighting to get my power button to work through the case got annoying to the point that it went in the trash. I guess it's my personal preference that it shouldn't be harder to work buttons with a case than when you don't have one on. This case takes considerably more effort than that. I'd literally have to use enough force that I had to hold the other side of the phone when pressing the power button. Same with the volume rocker. Anyways, great case other than that, but that's enough for me to move on to another case.

2.0 out of 5 stars Side buttons on case are hard to press with Moto X Pure Edition 4 December 2016

I bought this Cimo case, as well as the one from Diztronic Moto X Pure Case, Diztronic Full Matte Slim-Fit Flexible TPU Case for Motorola Moto X Pure Edition & Moto X Style (2015) - Black - (MPR-FM-BLK)
Between the two, they are very similar, but the three side buttons on this Cimo case require a lot of pressure to activate (power button and volume buttons). The Diztronic case has buttons that are more raised from the side (easy to find) and require less force to press and activate.
Because of this, I like the Diztronic case more.
