If you're looking to improve your life, and how you interact with people on a daily basis, there are few books better than this. I would recommend most people read Daring Greatly first, as this book is sort of a continuation of the philosphy covered in that book.

Found it kind of OK. Some nice insights surely and quality of writing is good but I am not really convinced that the stories and examples cited happened as described. At times they don't seem real to me and kind of forced to tune it to the point that needs to be made. I also was left a little incomplete... I am unable to put words to that feeling. Rising strong is a catchy title too that publishers know how to pick. May be that is what is part of the incomplete feeling. I was expecting something more especially in terms of cases and examples.
