Brian Tracy is the best inspirational writer. I have read most of his books and found all of them practical and inspirational. As for this book. This is simple book which talks about everything about selling process. How a salesperson should act, how the brain of a customer thinks when he is buying and why he should buy or not etc. In short words, this book is like a bible of selling. From a novice to veteran, anyone can read it.
