3.0 out of 5 stars Good while it lasts 16 December 2016

Really liked the look and how light the case is. Also enjoyed how easy it is to take on and off compared to other cases and that the headphone jack is long enough to fit the standard iPhone EarPods without an adapter. The 3 star rating is because I bought this charger 4/16 and it stopped working after about 6 months. Very disappointing. 5 star for the 1st 6th month, disappoint for later.
1.0 out of 5 stars Not "sync compatible." 29 May 2016

The unit I received would charge and could charge my phone, but would not connect to iTunes or to any external source through the lightning connector, meaning it is not "sync compatible."

4.0 out of 5 stars So far so good 15 April 2016
By Allan - Published on Amazon.com
This Noston iPhone 6 Battery Case has worked pretty well for me. It is easy to use it charge my phone, and it is easy to charge the battery case itself. This case is also pretty slim when compared to other battery cases, and it was not hard to install. It is not as easy to install as some sliding battery cases where you can just detach the bottom portion and the case and slip it back on, but it was still easy to do and did not make me feel like I may damage the case or phone when doing so as some cases do.

I do not use this case on a daily basis, but instead, I use it almost as a backup case during the times when I am about to leave the house and realize that the battery is somewhat low. I would then switch out my normal case and use this battery case for the day, This case has worked extremely well for me in this regards. It almost seems to be very protective, so even if I have the case on all the time it should definitely do its job in protecting my phone. The reason I do not use it on a daily basis is just because of the appearance of the case. It is not that this case is ugly or that there is anything wrong with it in terms of aesthetics, but it is just that my regular case has the color and design that I personally like.

I've tried a few battery cases that would work for a few times or a few days, and then start experiencing issues with them. Therefore, I waited a while and tried this case out numerous times before deciding to write this review. So far, it has held up very well and I would recommend it anyone needing a battery backup case.

The only thing that disappoints me about this product thus far is that it is not stated to be Apple MFi certified. I have heard that with products that are not certified, there is the risk of that product causing damage to the battery and shortening its lifespan. For a battery case that around $30, I would expect it to be Apple MFi certified. If it was closer to say, $20, then I can see it not having that certification. Anyway, not being certified does not necessarily mean that it is of lesser quality than any of the certified battery cases, just that you do not have the assurance that the battery case will not cause damage to the phone's battery.

I would recommend this is anyone willing to spend about $30 or so for this case, as I still believe it is worth its cost, though may not be the very best option out there. Otherwise, it may be best to just settle with a cheaper case that is at least Apple MFi certified.

I was provided this product at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. I know how important reviews are to potential buyers as I, myself, always read reviews for online products before making a purchase. So, when I am rating and writing a review for an item that I received for free or at a discount, I do not rate or praise such an item any higher than if I had to pay full retail price for the item. When considering value and pricing of the item, I always base it on the current selling price and never take into account the price at which I received the item for.
