This is the most poorly edited book I have ever bought. It is filled with sentences missing words and even duplicates a paragraph in one place. Equally significant, I bought it for the breathing technique he advertises, which are to include the visualization exercises. He does describe the technique, but never delivers the exercises. I only gave it 2 stars because he does reproduce a lot of good information on heart disease and associated studies, but that information is widely available from free sources.

This book is great reading if you are ready to reverse any heart disease you currently have in your body. IT is simple reading and it tells you like it is. If you are ready to change your poor eating habits, this is the book to read. Another excellent book to read is WAHLS PTOTOCAL. There is so much good things to say about this book.... there is not enough space to write about it. Both books are good reading.
