I will say this, my original battery seemed to develop a charging "reluctance". Meaning that sometimes, it would get really hot and not charge well or not charge at all. I would have to watch it closely, make sure it was charging correctly, maybe unplug it a few times and see....Or even restart the phone. A real pain. I don't know if that's the phone or the age of the battery but, so far, I don't seem to have that problem with the new. However, with three batterys now, (all marked and identified),I do cycle them through charging on an external charger, and "in the phone". Maybe that's the difference.
THE SHORT VERSION: After two weeks, I can't tell a difference between the old one and the new ones I bought. I believe they are equal in quality, and performance.
Cons:...if it were $25+ I'd complain that it doesn't seem to last as long as my old battery did fresh out of the box, but for this price there really is no negative.
Conclusion: surpassed expectations.
