As other people have said, the screen cover that comes with it IS a little too narrow. Not sure why they even put it in there. I have a glass protector on my phone, and it works just fine with the case. At first, I didn't think the phone was going to fit into the hard plastic part, because the fit is so perfect. But key word there is perfect. The phone sits snuggly in the hard plastic. The silicone outer part went on so easily that I first worried it might pop off just as easily, but that's not the case at all. I've had it in an out of pockets and coats all day, and it's stayed on perfectly. I know what people are saying when they complain that they can't get it in and out of pockets, but I feel like they must mean pockets that are pretty small/tight. This case is the closest thing I've found in design and feel to the Otterbox for the 3GS, and that case was also 'sticky' to get in and out of small pockets. I had no trouble with the pockets on my coat or coveralls, but it won't just 'glide' into the back pocket of your jeans. At least one person said they had issues with it catching their hair and pulling it. I haven't had that problem, and my hair hangs to my thighs and is very curly. Normally my hair will literally reach out and grab things. I'm sure if I dropped the case directly into my curls, or wallowed on it, it would get tangled and pull my hair. But just talking on the phone, I haven't had any issues. A few people have said that the mute switch is very recessed and difficult to reach. It IS very recessed, but I, nor my sister, or her husband had had difficulty engaging it.
Pros: Easy on, fits perfectly with no 'wiggling'
Very comfortable to hold, great shape
On/off and volume switches very easy to use
Great look (my niece informed me Elsa made me the case, because it's 'frozen')
No interference with the camera, whether you use the regular or front-facing
Wider openings for a variety of chargers or headphones/hookups
Very protective, especially if you drop it and the phone lands on its back or sides/corners
Competitive price. At $39 it's right in the middle price-wise. And because it meets or exceeds MIL-STD 801G standards for drop protection, it's a great buy for the price. Much better than either Otterbox or Lifeproof.
Cons: The screen protector they include is a little too narrow. It'd be nice if it just had a built-in screen protector instead
It's not waterproof, obviously, which would make it the best phone case on the planet. I'd settle for it being just water resistant
It does have a particular smell to it, which I'm sure will fade with time, but it annoyed me. I do sleep with the phone on my bed, though, (I use the Sleep Time app, so it needs to be on the edge of the bed) so most people probably aren't going to notice the scent.
