Garmin Connect Insights
Top customer reviews
It may not sync with phone if any other bluetooth device is closeby. So, better keep laptops, other phones, desktops etc away while syncing this with one phone which has garmin connect app.
Sometimes, phones may not sync (if doing it after full day usage) and it would work after restarting phone and then syncing.
steps, sleep are measured accurately. didnt try running or swimming yet.
for longer battery life, better sync it once or maximum twice a week.
Lot of us like that HR feature and I was also caught in the hype of measuring my heart rate. Its not worth paying so much money only for one feature.
However HR feature is not that useful later on. In the beginning you keep track of your HR but later
you most likely can guess your HR based on your activity.
My advice is get this band and maybe borrow your friend's HR monitor device for a few days while doing activities.
Having upgraded to the Vivofit 3, I have to say it's an excellent upgrade.
I get a backlight so now I can check the time in the night, something I missed earlier.
It has a stopwatch, which is very easy to operate whenever I need to use a timer (like boiling eggs, etc)
It's split screen feature lets me see the time time and my step count all day, without needing to press the device key multiple times a day.
It also has a weekly intensity minutes counter, so now I am conscious about meeting that goal as well, to compliment the 10000 steps a day.
Extremely satisfied customer.
