3.0 out of 5 stars Takes care of the selfie taking, not the best quality 19 July 2016

This stick get the job done but not with high quality. i expected the stick to be more sturdy and better made but it has some plastic components that seem non-lasting. The grip is made from silicone and the shutter button is a bit misplaced from the engraved silicone button(at least on mines). The selfie stick comes with a pretty awesome tool, which is the aux cord that enables the shutter button feature. I'm a bit skeptical about the placement of the cord due to always thinking i'm going to snap it when i shorten the selfie stick. Also if you try to record video with the aux cord plugged in your device, you will ONLY HEAR STATIC NOISE and won't be able to capture any of your audio. But then again it is a selfie stick but it would have been great for the video audio to work as well. The phone holder has its flaws as well, when you attach your device to the phone holder it keeps it on place with springs. This can be intimidating to take of when you are only able to remove device with one hand. i got pinched a few times with the phone holder trying to attach and detach my device from it. you can also unscrew the phone holder and use it as a monopod for your camera as well.I have yet to take it out with me for a trip and see how it performs, i will be updating this review as that time comes. if my review has helped you in anyway then please let me know by pressing the yes button. I appreciate it! Thanks!!
2.0 out of 5 stars This product was ok, you get what you pay ... 14 February 2017

This product was ok, you get what you pay for. The arm extender is not very durable and the weight of the phone causes it to twist thus changing the angle of the phone and preventing the purpose of the selfie stick. Additionally, it would randomly stop working, at time I would click the button to snap a photo and nothing would happen.
2.0 out of 5 stars Design flaw 9 August 2016

This stick is great in theory, however it has a design flaw. The metal extension piece is a perfect cylinder so with the weight of the phone, while taking a picture, your phone can actually start rotating if you don't hold it perfectly level. The better selfie sticks have a groove in the extension that prevents your phone from rotating to the side or downward.
2.0 out of 5 stars Doesn't work great at al. 13 January 2017

Disappointed. But I really can't be because I should've known better. The phone when extended on the pole it just spins and spins. I used it on my iPhone 6+ and it keeps the volume icon on the screen so you can't see what you pic looks like and on my nieces android it works but spins when extended.
1.0 out of 5 stars Wasted my money 8 September 2016

Disappointed in this purchase. Most reviews are complaining about the quality of the pole. Extended, pole seems very durable, no problems holding my galaxy s6. My issue, is that it won't take a selfie, when i push the button it wants to swap over to video, then it doesn't record sound. It won't take pictures! Going with a different style.
