What is Organic?
Organic is a way, a habit and a practice all rolled into one. It refers to a way of growing and processing food. In fact, organic farmers and farming involves practices of rotating crops, deploying beneficial insects, using locally honed methods, adding composted manure and plant wastes to the soil.
They choose solutions to the pests and disease problems that affect their crops in a way that does not damage and destroy the planet. Their wisdom is proven so are their practices.

But yes there are a lot considerations for this product as it is supposed to fibre rich and fortified with a few Nutrients. It has quite a lot of Sugar content (10g/30g of the product), but if they woudn't have added the Sweetness, the product wouldn't have been palatable. It would be a great option for people who want a healthier breakfast cereal. 24 Mantra is doing a great job with all their organic products though!
These are god to munch on just by themselves without milk or anything.
Since its an organic product, it will always receive an extra point from me.. Its good for daily breakfast, but don't expect it (obviously with milk) alone to fill you stomach till lunch.
i personally did not like the taste...may be kids will like..
